All staff undergo site inductions and training in equipment, emergency response and hazard and incident reporting. Records and certificates are kept in our online portal for easy access and dissemination.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
We have strict policies, systems and procedures to minimise risk, respond, notify and record. Contingency plans for unforeseen events such as breakdowns or bad weather are in place prior to travel. And we seamlessly integrate with the customer’s emergency procedures as required.
Pre-Qualified Staff and Subcontractors
All Ares staff are subject to background and medical checks prior to commencing with us. All relevant tickets, licences and certificates are noted on file. Subcontractors are asked to demonstrate equivalency to the Ares system, or are qualified under our system.
